Karate

At the YMCA of Orange, our Karate program stresses the development of spirit, mind and body through discipline, practice and hard work.  Students will learn the art of kicking & punching, with an emphasis on self-defense, self control and self-discipline, respect for others, self confidence, and physical conditioning.  The focus of the program is to have fun, meet new friends and learn the fundamentals of karate in a non-competitive environment.
