Forms & Payments

Acceptable forms of payment in the Main Office:

  • Check
  • Cash
  • Visa/Mastercard

Returned Checks:
There is a $15 fee for all returned checks. After the YMCA receives a 2nd returned check, the customer will pay for services on a cash only basis.

All participants must pay an annual registration/membership fee of $45 (as of 1/1/09).

Cancellation Policy (General Guidelines):

  • Pre-School, After-School Childcare: Participants must fill out a 2-week notice of cancelation form.  If parent gives less than 2 full weeks notice, they are financially responsible for all applicable balances due. If  the month they are canceling in has already been paid in full at the time a full 2-week's notice is submitted, it is the parent's responsibility to complete a request for refund form for the remainder of the unused tuiton. 
  • Day Camp: Parent's must provide 1 week of cancellation by completing a Day Camp Cancellation form in advance.  My deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.  Parents will not be refunded for cancellations submitted after the week being canceled begins.    If the week has been paid in advance, parent must complete a refund request to receive a refund minus the deposit amount.  

Refund Policy (General Guidelines):

  • Registration/Membership fees are non-refundable.
  • All refund requests must be in writing on the approved YMCA request form.
  • Special or unusual circumstances pertaining to a request will be considered by the Program Executive or CEO. These requests will be considered individually and a personal conference with the person seeking the refund may be necessary.
  • For activities requiring a fee under $50.00 - full fee must be paid at the time of registration (no deposit is required).
  • For activities requiring a fee of $50.00 or greater - the program deposit is to be paid at the time of registration. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • A full program refund will be given if the YMCA cancels a program before the program begins.
  • If the participant withdraws before the program begins and a participants spot is filled, a full refund minus the deposit will be given.
  • No refunds will be given after the program begins without a physician's written recommendation, then a refund will be given of the prorated fee (based on the number of days attended).
